Course summary
Develop a relevant specialism for the contemporary cost sector, public sector and commercial food services industries Analyse and evaluate current issues relating to nutrition and food services Gain a deep understanding of the food service industries and develop as a leader Benefit from an emphasis on applied learning and employability, and prepare for a vibrant job market.
As healthy eating grows in popularity, there is a demand for graduates who can bring their knowledge of nutrition to the food services cost sector, public sector and commercial sector. This course provides you with a holistic view of the industries allowing you to explore consumer’s contemporary food choices (such as veganism and gluten-free diets).
How you learn
This course will allow you to study management and leadership within the food services sector, while placing emphasis on nutrition.
Your course is designed and delivered by an experienced team of academics and practitioners. Working collaboratively with industry, they aim to impart the skills, knowledge and experience that food services industry employers seek.
