Develop your knowledge and critical understanding of research theories and methods relevant to business and understand the ethical issues involved. The skills developed, along with the dissertation you complete, form a sound basis to carry out research in a variety of settings or apply for a PhD.
How you learn
Modules are taught by staff within applied social sciences in the College of Social Sciences and Arts and by staff in our Sheffield Business School. Approaches and methods used during the course include biographical research, ethnography, experimental design, survey design and analysis.
