在這里學(xué)什么? **Course summary**- Develop professional skills in leadership and management.- Learn about the technical aspects of construction.- Have the opportunity to study abroad — with the possibility of Erasmus funding being available for European placements.Your classroom learning is put to work in real buildings, projects and sites by completing a number of field trips, ultimately leading to a successful career in construction.**How you learn**You use the skills and knowledge gained in the classroom and apply them to real-life projects, preparing you for employment in construction management once you graduate.You learn through- field trips- site visits- live projects- lectures and seminars- tutorials- self-directed study- practical classesThere are opportunities to study abroad at one of our partner universities with the possibility of funding through the Erasmus programme (subject to the UK’s continued participation in the Erasmus programme following the Brexit transition period).**Applied learning****Work placements**You will have the opportunity to arrange a year-long work placement in between your second and third years. This gives you a real-world experience to prepare you for your future career. Placements are usually at a major construction firm or consultancy. The placement year can contribute towards your professional experience requirement for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors' Assessment of Professional Competence and the Chartered Institute of Building's Professional Review.Previous students have spent their placement working as a site managers for national construction firms, assistant project managers for national firms, an HR and recruitment consultant, health and safety manager, a design manager and as a consultant engineer. There are also opportunities to work abroad. Recently students have taken placements with companies in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.**Field trips**Field trips on this course include local excursions, trips to UK cities and a project-based visit, which is commonly a major European city.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) The following qualifications from China will be considered for entry on to undergraduate programmes, with a minimum average of 60 per cent: Diploma from Specialised College (Zhongzhnan); Diploma from Vocational Secondary School (Zhixiao); Three year middle school diploma plus foundation degree; and A levels. Graduate Diploma from: Radio and TV Universities; Spare Time Universities; Training Colleges for Administrative cadres; Higher Education Self Study Examinations; Adult Education/Adult Education in Science and Technology subjects; Senior High School Diploma; Chinese University Entrance Examination (until 2003); College Graduation Diploma (Dazhuan awarded by university/college on completion of 2-3 years study). Applicants who have completed the first year of an undergraduate degree at a Chinese university may be considered for direct entry to Sheffield Hallam University undergraduate programmes. Sheffield Hallam welcomes applications from international school students taking the International Baccalaureate Diploma and those achieving 28 points or more will usually be successful in obtaining an offer of a place on our undergraduate programmes. IELTS for UKVI 6.0; Listening: minimum level 5.5; Speaking: minimum level 5.5; Reading: minimum level 5.5; Writing: minimum level 5.5.
