在這里學(xué)什么？
Western Michigan University's non-vocational industrial technology program will prepare you to teach industrial technology-type courses at the middle or secondary level. The program is similar to the vocational industrial technology program, but does not require you to document relevant work experience in the industrial area in which you would like to teach.
WMU's non-vocational industrial technology program is approved by the State Board of Education and North Central Accreditation for Teacher Education. It leads to a State of Michigan K-12 or Secondary Provisional Certificate, depending on the teachable major or minor.
Beyond the classroom
As a non-vocational industrial technology student at WMU, you will be required to complete a full-semester internship under the mentorship of selected teachers in schools approved by the University. The internship is designed to prepare you not only for your role as a classroom teacher, but as a professional studying your own teaching practice. Both school and WMU faculty will work together closely to support and assist you as you progress through the semester.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 A first-year applicant is a student who is applying for admission and who has not attempted or earned any college credit after graduating from high school (or earned equivalent). Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) A minimum score of 61 iBT is required. Michigan English Language Assessment Battery (MELAB) A minimum score of 69 is required. International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Academic Module. A minimum score of 6.0 is required. Pearson Test of English Academic Module. A minimum score of 45 is required.
