What can you do with a marketing degree from Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business? The possibilities are endless.
Vital to any successful organization, marketing will give you a comprehensive understanding of core concepts and applications, preparing you for positions in a range of business-to-business and consumer goods and service companies, as well as nonprofit organizations.
We emphasize hands-on learning, which means you will have many opportunities to engage in real-life projects, case studies and internships, which will prepare you for a variety of marketing careers. Elective courses allow students to specialize in brand marketing, digital marketing, marketing research, sports marketing, or international marketing.
Ninety-five percent of marketing graduates are employed or in graduate school within three months of graduation.
Beyond the classroom
You will be encouraged to apply what you learn in the classroom by seeking a valuable internship experience with a large variety of firms located all across Michigan and the country. As a marketing student at WMU, you will also be eligible to compete for academic scholarships and have the opportunity to network and develop leadership skills through participation in student organizations such as the WMU Advertising Club, Sales and Business Marketing Association, and the WMU Marketing Association.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 A first-year applicant is a student who is applying for admission and who has not attempted or earned any college credit after graduating from high school (or earned equivalent). Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) A minimum score of 61 iBT is required. Michigan English Language Assessment Battery (MELAB) A minimum score of 69 is required. International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Academic Module. A minimum score of 6.0 is required. Pearson Test of English Academic Module. A minimum score of 45 is required.
