The M.S. in Engineering and Technology Management provides students with a comprehensive program to meet the needs of engineers and scientists whose objective is to advance to technical management positions in business, industry, or government.
Curriculum for MS in Engineering and Technology Management:
A minimum of 52 credits in approved graduate courses is required to complete the master's degree in Engineering and Technology Management. The program consists of 28 credits in the core, 4 (or 8 with thesis option) credits in the capstone requirement, and 20 (or 16 with thesis option) credits in electives.

ELECTIVES (20 CREDITS)
ETM offers a wide range of elective courses. In addition, students may choose electives in other graduate programs at PSU (with advisor approval).
CAPSTONE REQUIREMENT (ONE OF THE FOLLOWING):
ETM 503 M.S. Thesis (8 cr.) - in this case, only 16 credits for electives ETM 506 Special Project in ETM ( 4 cr.) ETM 590 Engineering Management Synthesis ( 4 cr.)

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 To be admitted to PSU for a master’s program, applicants must satisfy University requirements and be accepted by the academic department in which the graduate study will occur. Admission eligibility is based on receipt of a baccalaureate degree equivalent to a United States four-year bachelor's degree from a college or university recognized as an institution of higher education by the Ministry of Education in the relevant country or be regionally accredited within the U.S. Regular Admission: To be considered for regular admission, applicants must have a minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA of 2.75 or the equivalent (on the U.S. 4.0 scale). Applicants who have earned 9 or more letter-graded graduate credits must have a minimum graduate GPA of 3.0 or the equivalent; this graduate GPA supersedes the undergraduate GPA. IELTS: 6.5 overall score with minimum sub scores of 6.5 in reading and writing, TOEFL score of Paper-based: 550 overall; 22 in writing with 20 in reading and listening, TOEFL score of Internet-based: Minimum overall score of 80 with minimum sub scores of 18 in reading and writing, PTE - Academic: 60 overall.
