The B.S. in Consumer Experience Management at the University of North Texas is an industry-endorsed program that prepares graduates to create and manage consumer experiences — the single most important driver of business success today. Consumer experience is widely expected to become the primary differentiator and top priority for modern businesses.
The degree is interdisciplinary, providing a consumer experience management foundation with one or two concentrations (15-33 hours) in areas such as Business Analytics, Communications, Hospitality Management, Information Science, Journalism, Management, Marketing, Merchandising, Psychology, Retail, Sociology and Sport Management.
This program prepares graduates for careers as:
- Analysts of consumer experience and insights
- Consumer experience design managers
- Consumer experience planning managers
- Consumer insights managers
- Customer experience project managers
- Directors of consumer experience management
- Vice presidents of consumer experience
While meeting degree requirements, you will learn to:
- Identify consumer expectations for a seamless, personalized experience throughout end-to-end commerce and channel encounters
- Use data analytics and visualization to predict and understand consumer trends
- Develop strategies that optimize consumer experiences
- Interpret strategies across multiple consumer industries
