Program Overview
The University of Texas at Arlington College of Nursing and Health Innovation can prepare you for a career as a nurse manager. The Master of Science in Nursing Administration (MSN) incorporates contemporary management theory and core competencies, enabling our graduates to function in a variety of healthcare settings.
The MSN in Nursing Administration program builds on a foundation of undergraduate nursing education and practical experience. Our graduates gain advanced knowledge and skills to function in leadership and management roles in the constantly changing healthcare environment.
Key elements of UTA's MSN in Nursing Administration program include:
Course content delivered via a blended learning model and online technology-enhanced courses with UTA faculty-supervised clinical experiences at partner hospitals throughout the state
An instructional format not linked to traditional semester schedules, which allows students to enter and progress through the program in an expedited manner
