Our athletic training program was established at UTA in 2001, with the MSAT offered since 2013. We have been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE) since 2006. In March 2019, after an excellent review, our program was reaccredited through the 2028-2029 academic year.

Program Features
The MSAT degree is a challenging, two-year, six-semester 57 semester credit hour programs. All new, incoming students begin the degree in the month of June. The program sequence involves 2 summer semesters (11-weeks in length), and 4 long semesters (15-weeks in length). The degree is non-thesis; however a research project is required of all students.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) An applicant must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited U.S. college or university or its foreign equivalent, with a satisfactory grade-point average. Applicants are expected to submit a score of at least 550 on the paper-based TOEFL, a score of at least 213 on the computer-based TOEFL, a minimum score of 6.5 on the IELTS, or a minimum TOEFL iBT total score of 79. Further, when the TOEFL iBT is taken, sectional scores of at least 22 on the writing section, 21 on the speaking section, 20 on the reading section, and 16 on the listening
