The RN to BSN program is designed for the practicing registered nurse who wishes to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Credit is given for courses listed in the FOSC (Coordinating Board Field of Study Curriculum) guidelines. Up to 28 hours credit may be applicable for transfer from ADN or Diploma programs.
The RN-BSN program is available in the campus-based or online format.
CAMPUS-BASED
Students enrolling full-time in the classroom option can complete the nursing courses in two semesters meeting all day one day per week.
Curriculum: The campus-based program consists of two semesters of nursing coursework (32 credits). Junior students meet on Wednesdays in the Fall semester from 8a-5p. Senior students meet each Wednesday during the Spring semester from 8a-5p. Full-time and part-time options are available. In addition, students are required to complete 6 hours of upper division electives, one of which must be a nursing course. Nursing electives are offered in the summer.
ONLINE
Information about the Online RN-BSN, RN-MSN, and Pathways programs
Curriculum: The online program can be completed in as little as 9 months if only the nursing program coursework (32 credits) is needed. Length of total program completion depends on the number of general education courses required to supplement nursing program courses to satisfy the requirements of a BSN degree. Nursing courses are 5 week courses, except for the last course, Capstone, which is 7 weeks. There are 8 starts dates a year with all nursing program courses offered each of those start dates. In addition, students are required to complete 6 hours of upper division electives, one of which must be a nursing course. Electives are offered online throughout the year.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) In order to be considered for freshman admission you must have completed a secondary school series equivalent to that of United States high school graduation. The minimum acceptable score on the TOEFL is 79 on the Internet-based test, 550 on the paper-based test and 213 on the computer-based test. The minimum acceptable overall score of 6.5 is required for admission.
