在這里學(xué)什么？
The College of Science fosters interaction between students and faculty. Faculty actively participate as advisors to student scientific societies and are readily available to assist or advise students both within and outside the classroom. Faculty members in all departments actively participate in research supported by world-class research facilities and modern scientific equipment. Undergraduate science majors are encouraged to engage in research under the supervision of a faculty member of their choice, many of whom have international reputations for their scholarly contributions. Students can receive course credit for supervised research.
This degree is for students who want to combine Geology with computer technology to store and analyze spatial data using GIS software.
This degree has three options:
The General Option is for students who want to combine Geology with other professional interests.
The Geographic Information Systems Option is for students who want to combine Geology with computer technology to store and analyze spatial data using GIS software.
The Composite Science Teacher Certification Option is for students who want teacher certification, and it is offered through the UTeach program.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 In order to be considered for freshman admission you must have completed a secondary school series equivalent to that of United States high school graduation. The minimum acceptable score on the TOEFL is 79 on the Internet-based test, 550 on the paper-based test and 213 on the computer-based test. The minimum acceptable overall score of 6.5 is required for admission.
