The general business administration major with an applied business communication concentration targets the knowledge, skills and abilities employers seek most: communication, creativity, collaboration and critical thinking. You’ll build these essential skills throughout the program with business-relevant assignments and projects that prepare you for workplace success. You’ll build key business skills, with a focus on effective business communication, that are essential for success now and throughout your career.
The mission of the General Business major with a concentration in Applied Business Communication is to develop pathways to success for students in business by making connections and building relationships through effective communication, collaborative technologies, and social media in a professional setting.
