Graduate study in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) is an exciting way to expand your technical knowledge, gain new skills in research, and advance your career. The Purdue University ECE Graduate Program boasts outstanding faculty who are actively involved in cutting-edge research. Many research projects are interdisciplinary areas, involving collaboration with schools of Medicine, Dentistry, Information, and Health and Rehabilitation Sciences.

A Purdue University degree in electrical and computer engineering qualifies you for jobs in many fields – including biomedical devices, power, electronics design, robotics, telecommunications, computer and computer network design, and much more. IUPUI electrical and computer engineering students have been sought out and employed, often before they graduate, by some of the best companies in the world. In addition, ECE grads often pursue higher degrees or professional degrees in fields such as medicine, business, or law.

The Electrical and Computer Engineering Department offers two options for the MSECE degree.
- Non-thesis Option - All 30 graduate credits will be generated from coursework.
- Thesis Option - Nine of the 30 graduate credits will be thesis credits

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Applicants must have received a bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in the United States or another country by the time you enroll at IUPUI. English Language Requirement: TOEFL (iBT) – 79; IELTS Overall Band Score: 6.5; IUPUI Program for Intensive English (PIE) score Level 7.
