A sustainable management and policy major focuses on the development and implementation of policies that help communities meet the needs of the present without compromising the future. Students in this major will be prepared to lead and manage sustainability efforts in government, nonprofits, and businesses. Additionally, students will have a solid understanding of public affairs, finance, policy making, and civic engagement, combined with specialized classes in the principles of sustainability, environmental justice, and green technologies.
The Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs requires 120 credit hours. The program includes four main areas: I. IUPUI Common Core, II. SPEA General Education/baccalaureate requirements, III. Public Affairs Core, IV. Program/Major requirements, and V. Open electives.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Applicants must have completed or will complete secondary school by the time of enrollment; No grade point average guarantees admission to IUPUI. We look for applicants who have demonstrated a "B" average or above average grades, with strong grades in math and science. TOEFL (iBT) – 60; IELTS – 5.5; IUPUI Program for Intensive English (PIE) score of Level 5; GCSE or GCE O Level in English language score of Grades A-C; International Baccalaureate score of Higher Level English A1 or A2 Certificate, grade of 4 or higher; Freshman English Composition Course score of "C" grade or higher (equivalent to IUPUI W131) from a regionally accredited U.S. University.
