The undergraduate courses offered in this major focus not only on the broad aspects of management and organization, but also on developing skills for dealing with problems of motivation, organization design, and the increasingly complex problems of human resource allocations in our interdependent society.

At Kelley Indianapolis, you’ll learn what it means to manage efficiently and effectively across industries as you tackle actual challenges from real companies. You’ll learn how companies discover fresh ways to motivate employees, build teams, shape corporate cultures, allocate people and resources and create strategies to improve operations and achieve business goals.
Society recognizes the importance of understanding both management itself, and the complex nature of the organizations (in business, government, hospitals, and universities) in which managers operate. The faculty is devoted to improving this understanding through the study of individual and group behavior, organizational theory, and human resource development.

This major provides the flexibility to accommodate students whose interests include preparation for corporate management training positions, application of behavioral science to management, personnel function in both line and staff capacities, and managing the small business.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Applicants must have completed or will complete secondary school by the time of enrollment; No grade point average guarantees admission to IUPUI. We look for applicants who have demonstrated a "B" average or above average grades, with strong grades in math and science. TOEFL (iBT) – 60; IELTS – 5.5; IUPUI Program for Intensive English (PIE) score of Level 5; GCSE or GCE O Level in English language score of Grades A-C; International Baccalaureate score of Higher Level English A1 or A2 Certificate, grade of 4 or higher; Freshman English Composition Course score of "C" grade or higher (equivalent to IUPUI W131) from a regionally accredited U.S. University.
