在這里學(xué)什么？
The Master of Science in Information Technology is designed for current and aspiring professionals in charge of developing, implementing, operating, and managing information systems in a variety of organizations. Students in this program will gain a broad technical understanding of current and emerging technologies in the industry, a familiarity with systems engineering concepts, and a solid foundation in net-centric computing. They will also have a firm grasp of current and future effects of the convergence of the telecommunications, media, and information technology sectors.
To achieve depth, students must complete the following:
- 3 courses within one of the following tracks: Enterprise Information Management, Technology Management, Information Assurance, or Enterprise Networking. (The Enterprise Software Systems track is no longer offered as of summer 2011, and students interested in this area are encouraged to pursue an MS in Software Engineering.)
- 6 courses that do not need to be in any track: All 400 level Computer Science courses 400+ level CSIS courses (cross listed with the Business School) are allowed. There are also numerous options for independent study, including a programming project, research, or a service-oriented project.
- 1 required course addressing ethical and social issues in the computing field.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 The Graduate School welcomes applications from international students who have completed a four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or its equivalent. TOEFL, a minimum score of 79 on the iBT or a 550 on the written test is required. IELTS, a minimum score of 6.0 is required. PTE, a minimum score of 53 is required.
