This course equips you with the knowledge and skills to advance your career and develop an evidence-based, person-centred culture.
There are different pathways open to you, enabling you to enhance your personal, professional and academic development in one of these fields:
Nursing (general), Education, Practice (Gastro), Practice (Neuroscience), Practice (Tissue Viability), Practice, Research.
You will:
- Learn how to influence future nursing practice, education and research for the benefit of patient care
- Have the opportunity to complete a clinical placement
- Develop a mastery of contemporary nursing knowledge and practice
TEACHING:
A range of teaching strategies is used including seminars, lectures, action learning, online learning, directed study, practice-based assessments and peer-supported learning.
ASSESSMENT:
A range of formative and summative assessments will cater to your individual learning style. These include:
- Oral assessments
- Dragons Den style viva
- Written theoretical assignments
- Papers prepared for dissertation and publication
- Practice-based assessments

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 Applicants who have completed a bachelor’s degree from a reputable Chinese university with a GPA of 2.4/4.0 or a final grade of 60% or above will be considered for postgraduate study. Applicants who have completed a higher education self study graduation certificate (zi’kao) with a final grade of 70% or above, and at least two years of relevant work experience, will be considered for postgraduate study. We require IELTS 6.5 (with a minimum 5.5 in each component) or equivalent.
