在這里學(xué)什么？ Our Environmental Geography degree looks to offer a unique learning experience by providing you with the opportunity to combine the holistic investigative approach of a geographer with the applied skills of an environmental manager in order to address the significant environmental challenges faced by society today. You will study a range of modules that develop skills in geographical investigation, while also studying how to mitigate and ameliorate climatic and environmental changes. This combination of traditional Geography with Environmental Management offers a unique opportunity for you to develop those skills required by society. At the heart of this course is a year abroad in the USA at our partner institution Toledo University in Ohio. Building on over 30 years of successful exchanges with Toledo University, you will spend the second year of your study based 1 hour from Detroit in the city of Toledo. This will enable you to explore the physical and human landscapes of Ohio and surrounding landscapes, whilst being embedded in the Geography and Planning department of the University. You will:Have opportunity to study at the University of Toledo in the USA for a year as part of your programmeBe taught by internationally recognised experts in a number of fields of Geography and Environmental ManagementStudy across both Geography and Environmental Management subject areas

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Applicants with a graduation certificate from a specialised college or school (zhongzhuan) with a final grade of 60% or above will be considered for the International Foundation Year. Applicants who have completed the huikao (senior secondary school) with a final grade of 60% or above will also be considered. Applicants who have completed three full years of high school and hold a senior secondary school graduation certificate with an overall minimum grade of 60% will be considered for undergraduate study. Applicants who hold a dazhaun qualification with a score of 60% or above will be considered for advanced entry on relevant undergraduate programmes if appropriate modules have been studied. Applicants who have achieved ACC/BCC/BC in graded units on their SQA-HND programme will be considered for final year entry on selected undergraduate business programmes. We require IELTS 6.0 (with a minimum 5.5 in each component) or equivalent.
