專業(yè)概況
在這里學(xué)什么？ The Foundation Year of the four-year programme aims to provide understanding of the key subjects in business to meet the prerequisites for study on the associated degree programme. The key areas of study will be effective communication and study skills combined with key subjects in business. You will be introduced to basic theories and concepts within the disciplines to provide a basic knowledge in all related subject areas. The programme will introduce you to essential areas of business necessary for progression onto business, accounting or law degrees. You will learn how to apply business concepts to real life organisations and develop communication, IT and study skills. Following completion of the Foundation Year, you will progress on to year one of your selected degree for the remainder three years of your course (four years if you are choosing to do the professional placement year).Find out more at www.salford.ac.uk and search Human Resource Management

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 Applicants with a graduation certificate from a specialised college or school (zhongzhuan) with a final grade of 60% or above will be considered for the International Foundation Year. Applicants who have completed the huikao (senior secondary school) with a final grade of 60% or above will also be considered. Applicants who have completed three full years of high school and hold a senior secondary school graduation certificate with an overall minimum grade of 60% will be considered for undergraduate study. Applicants who hold a dazhaun qualification with a score of 60% or above will be considered for advanced entry on relevant undergraduate programmes if appropriate modules have been studied. Applicants who have achieved ACC/BCC/BC in graded units on their SQA-HND programme will be considered for final year entry on selected undergraduate business programmes. We require IELTS 6.0 (with a minimum 5.5 in each component) or equivalent.
