The BSc Criminology with Journalism brings together our established expertise in both social sciences and journalism to provide you with an exciting range of academic modules and topics while also allowing you to develop a variety of skills valued by employers. Explore the impact of journalism on the problem of crime and our criminal justice policy. Learn how produce engaging multimedia content with an investigative focus on deviance and justice.
Career opportunities
Students take part in voluntary work in the police service, the prison service, legal advice, victim support, domestic violence and child abuse agencies, youth offending and youth mentoring schemes. Many prefer to work for the police or criminal justice services, where there are countless opportunities to help the community with plenty of room for specialisation.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) To apply for an undergraduate course at LSBU you need to have one of the following: Senior High School Graduation Certificate with a minimum of 70-80% (course specific requirements may apply); Chinese University / College Entrance Examination ('Gaokao') with a minimum of 350-400 in relevant subjects; Vocational College Diploma ('Gaozhi') diploma with average marks of 70% minimum; suitable UK Foundation course with a minimum of 60%; minimum English language requirements are as follows: IELTS 6.0 with all skills at 5.5 or above.
