This course will provide you with a CIOB-accredited degree in preparation for a career in quantity surveying in the construction industry. If you’re looking for a professional level job in the construction industry, quantity surveying – making sure projects meet legal and quality standards, and that clients get value for money – is ideal. There is currently a shortage of quantity surveyors, so you’ll always be in demand. You’ll study management and business practice in a construction context, as well as law and economics. We’ll make sure that you understand organizational structure and cost control too, as these are essential skills for quantity surveyors.

為來自中國的學生設計 To apply for an undergraduate course at LSBU you need to have one of the following: Senior High School Graduation Certificate with a minimum of 70-80% (course specific requirements may apply); Chinese University / College Entrance Examination ('Gaokao') with a minimum of 350-400 in relevant subjects; Vocational College Diploma ('Gaozhi') diploma with average marks of 70% minimum; suitable UK Foundation course with a minimum of 60%; minimum English language requirements are as follows: IELTS 6.0 with all skills at 5.5 or above.
