在這里學(xué)什么？ Our Architecture BA(Hons) provides a thorough understanding of modern architectural practices from concept to development and is based around four elements: design, technologies, architectural humanities and practices. RIBA Part I is awarded on completion of the degree.Architecture is a rewarding profession and our degree is for those who want to engage with society – we see architecture as a social activity, rather than simply a technical exploration. Throughout your time here, you will develop your own voice, considering your work through the lens of arts, humanities and sciences. Thematic, vertical studios where students from all years work together foster an environment of enquiry and collaboration and prepare you for the realities of professional practice.Based primarily in the studio and the workshop, over 70% of the course is taught and assessed by project. Most teaching is through individual tutorials. You will learn with a course team of practicing architects and researchers and from seminars and workshops with visiting professionals.Research-led learning encourages you to develop your own creative and rigorous approach to design and to develop the skills required to become a technologically, professionally and culturally literate architect.Career planning is integral to your learning: our links with RIBA South East provide opportunities including mentoring and interview practice with architects. The focus is on real-world skills, and you will learn on-site through projects with local communities and from the construction of our annual exhibition pavilion.**Don’t meet these entry requirements?**The University of Brighton Architecture BA(Hons) with integrated foundation year provides an extra year of study at foundation level for students who do not currently have the portfolio of work or academic qualifications required for entry to this course. Successful completion of the foundation year enables you to progress onto year 1 of this degree.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Students require a National College Entrance Examination (NCEE / Gaokao) with a minimum score of 75% overall and 75% in any required subjects. Please note, courses with higher entry requirements may ask for a minimum score of 80% overall.Students taking the Huikao (Senior Secondary School Certificate) will need to take and successfully complete an international foundation year or equivalent. Minimum English language requirements: IELTS 6.0 (min 5.5 in all components).
