專業(yè)概況
在這里學(xué)什么？ This joint degree aims to offer students an introduction to the contemporary subjects of criminology and sociology. Teaching is informed by research and current social debate around issues of crime, justice and the social world. This course aims to enable students to develop their understanding of both subject areas and apply that knowledge to real-life issues. Students will have the opportunity to analyse the different social constructions of everyday social life in order to better understand the diverse groups and structures that make up modern society.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 Prospective students require one of the following qualifications for entry into year one of an undergraduate degree: Successful completion of a Foundation programme with a minimum of 50% plus an average of 70% or above in High School. Some programmes may require a higher foundation score e.g. 60%; Successful completion of the first year of a Chinese degree / Diploma with an average grade of 70% or above. Students who have successfully completed a HND BTEC or SQA qualification may be accepted directly into year two or three of a University of Lincoln undergraduate course on a case by case basis. Students who have successfully completed the second or third year of a Chinese Degree or Diploma may be considered for direct entry into year two or three of a University of Lincoln undergraduate course on a case by case basis. Depending on your academic background and intended course of study, it may be possible to apply for advanced entry into year 2 or 3 of a University of Lincoln undergraduate course. Students need to have an IELTS score of 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in each band score). Some courses require a higher IELTS score.
