在這里學(xué)什么？ The BSc Business Psychology degree aims to provide insights that develop students' understanding of the behaviour of people in business and how this can be applied in the organisational context. The programme incorporates knowledge of the human mind and our behaviour as a basis on which to investigate fundamental organisational functions, such as human resource management (including individual and group work behaviour), finance, marketing, and strategy. Students will have the opportunity to prepare themselves to lead and manage in the workplace by developing their knowledge of the key theories and practical approaches to manage people effectively and understand the dynamics of human interaction.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Prospective students require one of the following qualifications for entry into year one of an undergraduate degree: Successful completion of a Foundation programme with a minimum of 50% plus an average of 70% or above in High School. Some programmes may require a higher foundation score e.g. 60%; Successful completion of the first year of a Chinese degree / Diploma with an average grade of 70% or above. Students who have successfully completed a HND BTEC or SQA qualification may be accepted directly into year two or three of a University of Lincoln undergraduate course on a case by case basis. Students who have successfully completed the second or third year of a Chinese Degree or Diploma may be considered for direct entry into year two or three of a University of Lincoln undergraduate course on a case by case basis. Depending on your academic background and intended course of study, it may be possible to apply for advanced entry into year 2 or 3 of a University of Lincoln undergraduate course. Students need to have an IELTS score of 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in each band score). Some courses require a higher IELTS score.
