在這里學(xué)什么？ A number of our degrees are also offered with an additional foundation year (Year 0). Whether you are a school-leaver or someone considering returning to study but don’t have the entry requirements for your chosen subject, a foundation year course may be just what you’re looking for.A foundation year is the first year of a four year programme which:?provides an introduction not only to study at University but also to your chosen subject?offers you a highly supportive environment where you can develop the self-confidence, knowledge, skills and understanding for further study.A foundation year helps you develop the study skills and self-confidence needed for higher education when you don’t reach the entry requirements for your subject. This course covers a broad range of performance areas like dance, drama, vocal studies and creative theatre production. You can choose to pursue several disciplines or specialise in one. This gives you the flexibility to develop your art as you get to grips with the realities and practicalities of performing arts production. You’ll get to participate in shows every year where every aspect of the production, front and back of house, is managed by students.
