Designed to give you an oversight of the management of logistics operations across all areas of the industry, this course takes a twofold approach. On one hand it covers the practical and more operational elements of logistics, including different transport modes, intermodal operations, and warehousing and inventory operations, while on the other it looks at the broader strategic management aspects of logistics areas such as international logistics, outsourcing operations and benchmarking.**Business Management**Get the skills you need to become a confident business manager. Good business management is at the centre of every successful organisation. Our degree allows you to build your knowledge and understanding of organisations and how they are managed.
