Our Human Resource Management course covers all the areas of people management in organisations, including employee recruitment, development and reward, as well as communications and performance management. You'll develop a breadth of knowledge in a range of subjects that impact directly on all areas of business performance and competitiveness. You'll also gain an understanding of leadership and how the behaviours of individuals and teams contribute to the success of organisations.**Marketing**In your first year you will take introductory modules that give you a solid grounding in general business, and in the second and third years you will study marketing planning, market research, consumer behaviour and global marketing.
