Lead population-based disease prevention and health promotion programs in public and private settings. Focus on a community health concentration for your Master of Public Health (MPH) to gain multi-disciplinary knowledge and skills necessary to plan, implement and evaluate public health programs using the socio-ecologic framework.
Choose the community health concentration if you:
- Want to promote social justice and equity in health
- Have experience, education or interest in public health practice or research

In this concentration, you’ll develop expertise to:
- Research community needs
- Develop policies and promote community-based disease prevention programs
