The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program is fully accredited through AACSB International - The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business - which provides global leadership in advancing management education. Courses in the BBA are designed to provide a solid foundation in business principles. Earning a BBA degree from Anderson will prepare students to run a successful, competitive company and interact with clients, employees, shareholders, etc. While in the program, students can expect to take courses in accounting, finance, organizational management, business law, ethics, marketing, and more.
Human Resource Management Concentration
People are the most critical resource of a business. Effective utilization of employee capability is the focus of Human Resource Management. Evaluating the needs of an organization, finding people to fill those needs, and providing an optimum environment conducive to high levels of motivation and performance are all aspects of the HRM business function. Being current with the latest research, policies and thinking are integral to this concentration. Special attention is given to issues of diversity management and effective team development skills. Classes in this concentration are available to HRM majors and to other undergraduate and graduate students for their elective course work.

A program that generally prepares individuals to plan, organize, direct, and control the functions and processes of a firm or organization. Includes instruction in management theory, human resources management and behavior, accounting and other quantitative methods, purchasing and logistics, organization and production, marketing, and business decision-making.

為來自中國的學生設計 Secondary Education: Completion of the equivalent of an American upper secondary school education (approximately twelve years of formal education beginning at age six) and have the appropriate diplomas or satisfactory results on leaving examinations (if completed). Academic Preparation: Strong academic preparation or a U.S. equivalent grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (for freshman applicants) or 2.0 on a 4.0 scale (for transfer students with the equivalent of 24 college credit hours). TOEFL (internet-based) 68, TOEFL (paper-based) 520, IELTS 6.0, Pearson Test of English 47.
