The Logistics and Supply Chain Management MSc has been designed to develop your ability to carry out advanced analysis and research in the field of logistics and supply chain management within a global context. The MSc course has been running since 1998 and is offered by the Department of Planning and Transport.
If you are unable to study for a full master’s course, we also offer a Logistics and Supply Chain Management Postgraduate Diploma and a Logistics and Supply Chain Management Postgraduate Certificate.
Professional accreditation
This MSc course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and graduates are exempt from the Institute's exams.
Career Path
The course has a strong employment record, with graduates going on to work with a wide range of organisations including logistics service providers, manufacturers, retailers and the public sector. For entry to a Master's degree that requires a UK 2:1 degree, you will typically need to have one of the following: Bachelor degree from 211, 985 or top national universities with an overall average grade of 75%; Bachelor degree from national universities with an overall average grade of 80%; Bachelor degree from high-ranking private universities with an overall average grade of 80%; and Master degrees with an overall average grade of 75%. Master's degrees – Students need an IELTS 6.0 overall with a minimum 5.5 in each component. Some courses require 6.5 or higher overall and component scores.
