在這里學(xué)什么？ Building surveying is a dynamic professional discipline which centres on the physical, functional and economic performance of buildings. Around the world, building surveyors offer a wide range of professional services, not only in their traditional role but also in associated disciplines such as project management, facilities management and construction administration.This course will provide you with the principal skills you need as a building surveyor. You will gain a thorough understanding of the construction process, the speci?cations of building work and the identi?cation and correction of faults in existing buildings. You will also gain knowledge of the professional, managerial and legal aspects of building performance, along with the transferable and cognitive skills necessary for lifelong personal and professional development.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) For entry into Year 1 of Bachelor's degrees (Level 4), you will typically need to have a recognised International Foundation course from a UK institution or a Chinese institution following a validated UK syllabus. Entry requirements vary but we normally ask for between 60% and 65%. Undergraduate Bachelor's degrees – IELTS 6.0 overall with a minimum 5.5 in each component.
