Intrigued by the concept that compassion can be used to underpin innovation and to enhance organisational cultures? Built on the foundations of coaching and mentoring, our MSc Compassionate Leadership course allows you to examine your own leadership approach before learning how to take others on a journey with you.
Benefit from a learning environment that brings together a diverse group of students, from a wide variety of disciplines, with expertise from the University’s Business and Health faculties.
The course is studied full-time over a year or part-time over two to five years.
