在這里學(xué)什么？ **Course Overview**- Our BSc Biology (Foundation Entry) course will provide you with a sound foundation in basic science, equipping you with the skills and knowledge you need to progress to a full honours degree.- Our foundation entry degree courses are ideal if you’ve got the ability to study for a degree but you don’t have the qualifications needed to directly enter the full honours degree programme.- You’ll benefit from our excellent teaching facilities and approachable staff. You’ll have access to specialist research equipment such as electron microscopes and the analytical suite in our JB Firth Building, as well as cell culture, microbiology and molecular biology facilities on our Darwin Building.**Why study with us**- We’ll provide you with an interesting and stimulating grounding in science. You’ll build up your confidence and become an independent learner.- You’ll have the chance to go on an optional sandwich placement year and gain valuable industry experience.- You’ll gain key practical skills in our modern, spacious and well-equipped laboratories.**Further Information**- Interim accreditation by the Royal Society of Biology. Full accreditation is expected once a full cohort of students graduate in 2021
