Overview
As a student in the Environmental Engineering B.S. program at the University of Cincinnati, you will develop both the technical and non-technical skills to explore sustainable solutions for controlling pollution and sustaining resources to improve today’s society. Students are introduced to cutting edge sustainability research and the tools of green engineering design.

Take courses that cover analysis and design of water and wastewater treatment systems, water resources, air pollution-control technologies, solid waste and hazardous substance management and regulations, and sustainability

Build an impressive resume and professional network through our nationally-recognized co-op program at companies such as The Dow Chemical Company, DuPont, Duke Energy, Kroger, the Army Corps of Engineers, and the Environmental Protection Agency
Career
Careers in Environmental Engineering are challenging and push the needle forward. Possible career paths include: Operator of pollution control facilities; Government regulatory agency official; Manager of programs; Involved in professional society work; Researcher; Designer; Planner; Professor.
Employers can be private consulting engineering firms, universities, private research firms, testing laboratories, government agencies, or all types of major corporations and private businesses.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Student need to have: Graduation from an accredited high school of preparatory school; Successful completion of 16 units of college-preparatory subjects: English (4 units); biology and chemistry (2 units); college-prep mathematics (3 units); social sciences (2 units) fine arts (1 unit); additional college preparatory subjects (4 units). Recommended: foreign language, anatomy and physiology or a third unit in social science with a grade of C or better in all required courses; Recommended minimum high school GPA of 3.0; Completed application and official high school or preparatory school transcripts.
