專業(yè)概況
在這里學(xué)什么？ Creative Music Technology BA (Hons) at De Montfort University (formerly known as Music, Technology and Innovation) focuses on composition and production and explores the extraordinary musical possibilities offered by new technologies. The course has a very strong music and arts focus, providing you the opportunities for developing engineering, computing and various cross discipline skills through a distinctive range of module choices. You will have access to our superb studios allowing you to explore areas such as spatialisation, musical computing, sound recording and video. The course will equip you with practical skills and knowledge for employment in the thriving contemporary digital media and music industries. You will be taught by our internationally recognised and experienced staff, who are active as musicians, researchers and experts in electronic and electro-acoustic music, electronica and sonic arts. We also have an extremely lively musical community with frequent concerts, events, music profession visitors and student exchanges you can be involved in. 90% of our Creative Music Technology graduates from summer 2017 are in work or further study after graduating according to the Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education (DLHE) 2016-17 report.
