在這里學什么？ **If you're interested in helping people develop in a business environment, study our human resource management degree with an added foundation year.**Through our extended degree in human resource management, you will learn how to develop people and their skills - important for any business. You'll study modules in people management, employee relations, reward and motivation, as well as cross-cultural and diversity management and employment law.A foundation year at the start of your studies will give you the skills required to flourish at degree level. Study in subsequent years will follow the curriculum of our three-year course.You can apply to join the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development as a student member, which will give you access to online resources.
