Our two-year consecutive program is for candidates with an existing degree. It integrates on-campus classes with a minimum of 80 days of classroom observation and teaching and qualifies you to teach in one of three possible divisions of teaching specialization: Primary Junior (JK to Grade 6), Junior/Intermediate (Grades 4 to 10), or Intermediate/Senior (Grades 7-12).
Sample Courses: Educational Psychology, Differentiated Instruction, Assessment and Evaluation, Visual Arts Methodology, Digital Technology and Social Media Applications, Practicum
Specialization Options: Primary Junior, Junior/Intermediate, Intermediate/Senior
Career Tracks: Elementary/secondary teacher, principal, special education teacher, learning strategist, academic administrator

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) All programs require successful completion of the OSS Diploma and a minimum 70% average of six Grade 12 U or M courses, including ENG4U. English Language Requirements: A minimum score of 6.5 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS); or A minimum score of 60 on the Carleton University’s Canadian Academic English Language Assessment (CAEL); or A minimum score of 60 on the Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE); or A minimum overall score of 176 on the Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) or the Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE); or Successful completion of the University of Windsor's English Language Improvement Program (ELIP) (level III) with a minimum final grade of 75%; or A minimum score of 85 on the English Proficiency Test administered by the English Language Institute of the University of Michigan (MELAB); or A minimum score of 220 with a T.W.E. 4.5 on the Computer-based Test, 83 with an essay score of 20 on the Internet-based Test of English as a Foreign Language (T.O.E.F.L.).
