Ours was the first environmental engineering degree program in Canada and we’ve been leading the way ever since. In this comprehensive program, you’ll get exposure to all aspects of the field - air, water, solid waste, sustainability, and more. UWindsor is home to the Great Lakes Institute for Environmental Research, giving students the opportunity for collaboration between science and engineering. We have a low faculty-to-student ratio and the resources to set you up for success.

FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE
- Designing processes and systems to remove contaminants before they are released into the environment
- Understanding contemporary best practices and long-term industry goals for sustainable, environmentally conscious technologies and processes
- Planning effective, large-scale projects that manage resources and balance considerations including cost, quality, and speed
- Analyzing complex problems and breaking them down into steps/component parts
- Developing skills necessary to recognize the need for precision and detail in engineering design tasks
- Designing professional-quality products and processes, considering technical, environmental, ethical, and commercial considerations

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 All programs require successful completion of the OSS Diploma and a minimum 70% average of six Grade 12 U or M courses, including ENG4U. English Language Requirements: A minimum score of 6.5 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS); or A minimum score of 60 on the Carleton University’s Canadian Academic English Language Assessment (CAEL); or A minimum score of 60 on the Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE); or A minimum overall score of 176 on the Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) or the Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE); or Successful completion of the University of Windsor's English Language Improvement Program (ELIP) (level III) with a minimum final grade of 75%; or A minimum score of 85 on the English Proficiency Test administered by the English Language Institute of the University of Michigan (MELAB); or A minimum score of 220 with a T.W.E. 4.5 on the Computer-based Test, 83 with an essay score of 20 on the Internet-based Test of English as a Foreign Language (T.O.E.F.L.).
