Health care management is an extremely dynamic and rewarding profession. Individuals who work in this field are challenged to provide the highest quality, most effective health care services to the greatest number of people at the lowest cost. More specifically, Health Management and Policy is concerned with the management of health care organizations, formulation and implementation of health care policy, improving access to health care services, financing health care services, and evaluating the quality and outcomes of health care services.
Students interested in combining the traditional strengths of health management and policy with greater exposure to advanced management techniques should consider a combined master’s in Business Administration. This combination leads to an MHA in Health Management and Policy and an MBA in Business Administration. It requires 75 semester hours and can be completed in three years. Separate admission to each degree program is required.

為來自中國的學生設計 Applicants must have completed a bachelor’s degree from a Regionally Accredited American College or University, or an equivalent degree from another country; A minimum grade-point average (GPA) of 3.00, or the foreign equivalent. English Language Requirements: IELTS score of 7.0, with no subscore less than 6.0; PTE minimum score of 68 with no subscore less than 58; TOEFL scores below 100; a score of 550 or higher on the paper-based (PBT) version of the test, or a score of 81 or higher on the Internet-based version of the test (iBT).
