在這里學(xué)什么？ **Reasons to choose Kingston**– Kingston was ranked number one in the UK for design and crafts (Guardian University League table 2020).– All our projects are developed collaboratively with entrepreneurs, developers, community groups, in some of the best design studios in the UK.– Working in newly refurbished, purpose-built design studios, you’ll have access to a dedicated art, design and material library and impressive prototyping facilities.**About this course**As an interior designer, you’ll be able to create imaginative spaces to enrich our modern lives. You’ll be able to create environments that give form, identity and meaning to a rapidly changing world.This course will prepare you for the demands of contemporary design practice. You’ll be taught by thinkers and makers, practising designers, architects, artists, engineers and material experts.You’ll be encouraged to respond creatively to opportunities and challenges. How can buildings be reshaped and creatively repurposed? How can we exploit the short-lived nature and the freedom of pop-ups? Projects have included events in historic palaces, a hotel attached to the International Space Station and the inventive reuse of neglected buildings.
