This course offers an innovative curriculum, excellent links with industry and cutting-edge facilities. Year 1 provides an introduction to aerospace engineering, and will underpin the skills and knowledge required for further specialized study. Year 2 will introduce you to specialized topics in aerospace engineering such as aerodynamics, propulsion, structures, dynamics and materials. In Year 3, you will deepen your knowledge of specialized aerospace engineering subjects and will broaden your expertise in other areas of engineering. Coursework is designed to be achieved within the set amount of learning hours for each module and is appropriate to the level of study. We encourage a professional work ethic, which includes how to manage your time. A range of additional support is available to students who require it via the Academic Support Centre and personal tutors.
