The Master of Management provides contemporary management skills and study areas such as project management, leadership and strategy. You will gain the confidence to manage organisations and achieve business objectives in an efficient and effective manner.

During your studies you will develop an advanced understanding of business and management, and graduate with the capabilities to be a successful leader and decision-maker in any business setting.

Our summer and winter schools offer exciting study and learning opportunities. With options such as intensives and internships, you can spread your study load across the year, increase your exchange opportunities or fast track your degree.

With a Master of Management from UniSA, your expert skills and advanced business knowledge will be welcomed across a wide range of industries. You will graduate equipped to be a leader and decision-maker, ready to operate at senior levels of an organisation in roles such as:
- Business manager: driving the work of teams to run an organisation efficiently; coordinating several business units, managing resourcing, budgets and operations
- General manager: planning and directing the operations of companies or public and private sector organisations; duties can include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources
- Risk manager: assessing and identifying potential risks that could endanger the reputation, safety, security and financial prosperity of a client or organisation; implementing processes and procedures to ensure the client is prepared to deal with any potential risk elements
What you'll learn
The Master of Management comprises 12 courses. You will complete four core courses and six management specialisation courses.
Advance your knowledge and skills in contemporary management practice. Develop your expertise in core areas such as business ethics, business analytics, leadership and performance, and strategic thinking. Learn how to effectively manage organisations and achieve key business objectives.

Alternative Pathways
If you would like to strengthen your business knowledge with a shorter qualification, the Graduate Certificate in Business (four courses) may suit you. This provides a pathway into the Master of Management.

International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Academic: Overall 6.5 (with 6.0 in Reading and Writing); TOEFL iBT score of 79 with Reading and Writing not less than 18; TOEFL paper-based test (PBT) score of 577 with TWE of 4.5; Cambridge CAE/CPE score of 177; Pearson's test of English (Academic) (PTE) score of 58 with Reading and Writing communicative scores not less than 50; CELUSA score of AE5.
