在這里學(xué)什么？ This course is the ideal choice for anyone with a critical and enquiring mind, an interest in the causes of crime and victimisation, and the ways in which societies respond to crime.You will learn from an experienced academic team who span a range of specialist backgrounds. Some hold leading roles in professional associations including the British Society of Criminology, others have worked as Visiting Fellows in universities across Europe, America and Australia.From day one you will gain invaluable insight into the complex areas of crime, deviance and social policy, from the criminal justice system and its impacts on victims and offenders to the ways in which social research can enable social change.As the course progresses you have the opportunity to apply your knowledge to the real world via a work placement and a series of modules that allow you to plan, conduct, and analyse research first-hand.
