You will combine knowledge in computer science, electronic engineering, mechanical engineering and management to enable greater understanding of cybernetics and communications to develop imaginative and innovative solutions.

How you’re taught
The postgraduate academic year is divided into three terms. The first two terms are spent studying the taught modules and the last term, pursuing an individual major project.
The teaching methods include:
- lectures to introduce and develop concepts and to explore the application of these concepts
- specialist laboratories to develop skills and appreciate concepts
- seminars to provide academic support
- case study and project work to develop a deeper understanding of concepts and applications
Assessment
All modules are **** coursework based (case studies and projects) apart from the Entrepreneurial Leadership and Project Management which is assessed by a combination of both coursework and examination. All other modules are assessed by coursework, case studies and projects.
