Enhance your leadership expertise
USQ’s Master of Education (Education Leadership) is designed to prepare you for a leadership role within an Education context. Focusing on building and enhancing leadership capacity in aspiring and existing leaders, you will be at the forefront of contemporary educational practice. You will also enhance your knowledge of curricula development, explore pedagogical practices for diverse environments and how best to lead, coach and mentor a high-performance educational team. Expand your understanding of the role of education in society, and the challenges faced by educators in rapidly changing, multicultural communities.
Develop research skills
The Research Specialisation has a practical emphasis on innovative and creative approaches to solving current issues in the education environment. You can use your own experiences as a backdrop to your studies and develop a research project based on your current workplace.
Study flexibility
If you are not sure whether you would like to complete an entire Masters degree, apply to study USQ’s Graduate Certificate of Education, or Graduate Diploma of Education and take the credit from your studies to the Master of Education if you decide to continue studying.
Career outcomes
As a graduate you will be well prepared to secure leadership positions within schools and the education system.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 Applicants must have Australian university three or four-year Bachelor degree in an approved discipline, or equivalent. English language requirements: IELTS (Academic only) score of 6.5 (or better)(no component lower than 6.0); TOEFL (paper based) score of 570 (with a minimum Test of Written English score TWE 5); TOEFL (electronic or computer based) score of 230 (with an essay rating of at least 5); TOEFL (internet based) score of 90 (or better) (with 20 minimum in all bands); Pearson (PTE Academic) score of 58 (or better) (with no communicative score less than 58); Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE)/ C1 Advanced or Proficiency (CPE)/C2 Proficiency with a score of 176 or above. No less than 169 in each skill.
