Our Bachelor of Human Services (Human Resource Management) will put you on the right path to understanding community development and welfare from a wide range of perspectives from within Australia and globally. You will combine this learning with courses exploring the foundations of human resource management, including staffing and remuneration, workplace health and safety, employment relations, people development, and leading organizational change. You will also gain research skills appropriate for working in human services.
Career outcomes
This degree will provide you with a solid foundation to work in community organization roles such as a community development worker, counselor, welfare worker and support worker.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Students must have completed Senior High School Certificate with 70% or equivalent. Applications are based on comparisons with Australian Year 12 level examinations. English Language Requirements: IELTS (Academic only) score of 6.0 (or better) (no component lower than 5.5); TOEFL (paper based) score of 550 (or better) (with a minimum Test of Written English Score of TWE 4.5); TOEFL (electronic or computer based) score of 213 (or better) (with essay rating of at least 4.5); TOEFL (internet based) score of 80 (or better) (with 19 minimum in all bands); Pearson (PTE Academic) score of 50 (or better) (with no communicative score less than 50); Cambridge English: First (FCE)/ B2 First with a score of 169 or above. No less than 162 in each skill.
