Begin your high-flying career
Public relations practitioners work in fast paced, dynamic environments within corporate, not-for-profit and government organizations using a range of skills such as written and verbal communications, strategic planning, research and stakeholder engagement practices.
USQ’s Bachelor of Communication and Media (Public Relations) offers small class sizes, hands-on client work and expert support from lecturers who have worked in PR management roles around Australia and the world. We also have a Public Relations Advisory Committee consisting of senior national public relations practitioners to ensure our courses remain current and industry focused.

The Bachelor of Communication and Media (Public Relations) is accredited with the Public Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA).
Career outcomes
A degree in public relations will lead you to a career working as a public relations manager, political advisor, investor relations advisor, crisis manager, community engagement practitioner or social media specialist.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 Students must have completed Senior High School Certificate with 70% or equivalent. Applications are based on comparisons with Australian Year 12 level examinations. English Language Requirements: IELTS (Academic only) score of 6.0 (or better) (no component lower than 5.5); TOEFL (paper based) score of 550 (or better) (with a minimum Test of Written English Score of TWE 4.5); TOEFL (electronic or computer based) score of 213 (or better) (with essay rating of at least 4.5); TOEFL (internet based) score of 80 (or better) (with 19 minimum in all bands); Pearson (PTE Academic) score of 50 (or better) (with no communicative score less than 50); Cambridge English: First (FCE)/ B2 First with a score of 169 or above. No less than 162 in each skill.
