在這里學(xué)什么？ This programme is a level 6 programme aimed at enabling holders of foundation degrees or HigherNational Diploma qualifications in a relevant field to top-up their qualification to a Bachelor’s degree inSport Science, Fitness and Coaching. The programme will complement the knowledge and skillsacquired through the completion of sport science, fitness, and coaching-related Higher Educationqualifications, with a wider appreciation of employability and career progression. Learners will foster anunderstanding of the underpinning role that science plays in the sport, fitness, and coaching sectors. Inaddition, the programme comprises the development of fundamental expertise, skills, and behavioursessential for academic research and the broader aspects of working as a sports practitioner. Theprogramme aims to provide learners with significant Work-Based Learning opportunities by requiringlearners to regularly apply course content to industry and critically evaluate the application of the latestresearch in the sport and fitness environment.In addition, the programme is tailored to stimulate a greater level of understanding of the essentialvalues that contemporaneous research has on the continued professional development of sport, fitness,and coaching practitioners. An evidence-based approach to enquiry is a skill highly relevant to sportsscientists, coaches, and fitness professionals seeking to develop their understanding of the wider issuesthat shape their coaching and/or teaching practices. Moreover, the programme provides greaterknowledge and understanding of the multi-disciplinary approach that sport performance requires,enhancing future employability prospects.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 Qualifications equivalent to UK A-levels: Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate PLUS a recognition foundation course. Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate plus Gaokao (National College Entrance Examination/National College Entrance Examination/NCEE). IELTS 6.0-7.0, with 6.0 in reading and writing, and 5.5 in listening and speaking. One year of university in China achieving at least 75% overall.
