在這里學(xué)什么？ With 50% of the global population now living in cities, the ownership and management of urban real estate is an ever growing business. Our Real Estate degree prepares you for a career as a chartered surveyor. You will acquire the knowledge and skills required to develop, own and manage real estate assets. You will study:developmentinvestmentmanagementplanningconstruction valuation the economics and law that underpin the property market.You will learn to apply this knowledge to real world problems. In your final year you’ll have a residential field trip to study a chosen city. Our alumni society provides mentoring and networking opportunities. 為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Qualifications equivalent to UK A-levels: Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate PLUS a recognition foundation course. Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate plus Gaokao (National College Entrance Examination/National College Entrance Examination/NCEE). IELTS 6.0-7.0, with 6.0 in reading and writing, and 5.5 in listening and speaking. One year of university in China achieving at least 75% overall.
