在這里學(xué)什么？ Our Planning and Property Development course prepares you for a range of careers, including:property developerplanning consultantsurveyor.You will learn about the policies and processes that shape our built environment. As well as how to survive radical changes in the course of your professional career. We encourage practical learning so you’ll visit sites and undertake live projects. And you'll go on a European residential trip and meet guest speakers that broaden your experience. You'll learn about:planning policies and processes developmentplanningconstructionvaluation Geographical Informations Systems (GIS)urban designeconomicslaw. Many of our graduates are employed by surveying firms, housebuilders and development companies. You’ll meet employers at our fairs and events and develop your career with our mentoring scheme.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 Qualifications equivalent to UK A-levels: Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate PLUS a recognition foundation course. Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate plus Gaokao (National College Entrance Examination/National College Entrance Examination/NCEE). IELTS 6.0-7.0, with 6.0 in reading and writing, and 5.5 in listening and speaking. One year of university in China achieving at least 75% overall.
